Register for our Spring Session 2020 of "Aladdin, Jr." Read the following details and the registration form is at the bottom.

We offer Early and Late Cast classes at three locations: Arcadia, Central Phoenix, and Scottsdale.
Arcadia classes meet on Tuesdays, Scottsdale classes meet on Wednesdays, and Central Phoenix classes meet on Thursdays.

  • On each day, we offer an Early cast class that meets from 4:00 – 6:00 pm and a Late cast class that meets from 6:30 – 8:30pm
  • Your child only signs up for one two hour class for the session.
  • All children get a part in our shows! We pick shows that all children have a chance to shine and are featured in most of the play.
  • When registering, you have the option to pick “either” class available the form. If you do this, it doubles your child’s chances at getting a bigger part in the play.
  • Auditions are February 11th, 12th, 13th…check the Locations page for audition date and session calendar for your child.
  • Classes begin the week following Auditions.
  • Informational Open Houses are the last week of January, (check your location calendar) so your child can look at the script, meet our teachers, pick up Audition form, and see cast of characters, and more
  • Audition Workshops are available and are recommended. These are all the same content, we just offer one in each neighborhood to make them convenient to you. Workshop dates and registration are listed on Auditions page. *If your child is trying for a lead part, we highly recommend coming to a workshop!
  • We rehearse at your neighborhood location once a week. Make sure to look at your location calendar.
  • The Performance Week is at the Phoenix Center for the Arts Theater.  Plan on three dress rehearsals and three performances this week.
  • Tuition for the session is $400.00.  You can pay with credit, check, or cash and choose from different payment options. (Tuition covers your child’s classes, costumes, props and sets for the show, and a digital download of the final performance for you to share or make your own DVD.)
  • $150.00 deposit is required with your registration to hold your spot, then you can pay the balance of $250.00 during the first week of classes or spread your payments over four months with an automatic credit card payment. You may pay the full tuition of $400.00 at registration time too.
  • You can fill in your registration form and it will be e-mailed to the director. You also can fill one out at one of our Open Houses or Audition Workshops. *Warning: Most early cast classes fill up before our open house dates…we expect to be full before February!
  • By turning in your registration form and paying the deposit, you are reserving your child’s place in the class of your choice. We fill up quickly for Early Cast classes, so please turn in your registration form as soon as you can! *We will not count your registration without your deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel before audition day.

Parent Agreement:
I agree to enroll my child in the Art and Sol Spring Session for the months February 2020 through May 2020. I understand that my child will be practicing different songs, dances, and character building while working towards our stage production “Aladdin, Jr.” during each practice. If he/she receives a lead role with lines, he/she needs to commit to memorizing his/her lines at home, as well as attending our rehearsals every day possible. If my child is going to be absent, I will try to give prior notice to the director. I also realize that my child needs to be at the final dress rehearsals to perform in the final performances. Finally, I understand that Art and Sol is a program especially designed for my child to appreciate and experience the performing arts while having as much fun as possible!

Waiver and Release of Liability: As parent or legal guardian of the participant/student(s) named above, I understand and understand the risks associated with the pursuit of drama classes, dance and other related activities, including but not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, weather, condition of participants, equipment, lack of hydration and actions of other people, as well as medical expenses and damages that may result or be associated with the pursuit of drama classes, dance and other related activities. I hereby waive, release and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, Art and Sol Performing Arts Center, its board of directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, any independent contractors, including any and all instructors, landlords, and its successors and assigns, at all of its business locations where activities are conducted by it including but not limited to the following locations: The Bridge Church, Shepherd of the Desert Church, Crossroads Church, Center for Performing Arts at Paradise Valley Community College, or Phoenix Center for the Arts Theater. This waiver and release of liability shall not cover those situations where loss, injury or damage to the above participant is the result of the intentional and/or reckless conduct by any of the parties included in this waiver and release.
Release Authorization: Without compensation to me or the student(s), I hereby grant to Art and Sol Performing Arts Program the absolute right and permission to copyright, publish, and use photographic portraits, pictures, or videos of the participant for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished material as long as the matter is within reason and is not deemed to be socially inappropriate for use.
Medical Release: I hereby authorize and give my consent to Art and Sol Performing Arts Program, including any of its instructors or other authorized employees to provide emergency medical care and to give authority to any emergency unit, hospital or doctor to render immediate aid that might be required for the treatment of the above named participant(s) in the event of any emergency either on the premises of of the class or performance location during the course of any event involving the participant as an Art and Sol Performing Arts Program member and/or non-member.
Verification and release: As Legal parent, guardian or responsible party of this student, I hereby verify by my signature below that I accept the conditions of the waiver, release and indemnification; and I knowingly with full understanding of the risk involved, assume the risk of participating in the events provided by Art and Sol Performing Arts Program.
Acknowledgment: I hereby acknowledge that I have read the entirety of this document and understand that it includes a Waiver and Release of Liability, and that if there is any part of it I did not understand, that prior to signing it, I sought the advice of legal counsel.
